By choosing to participate in a product survey pertaining to your firsthand experiences with our products, you are helping others, just like you, make an informed decision to give our products a try.
Our survey program is simple. Once you have purchased your product and agree to participate, we will email a short survey to you once per week for a period of 3-4 weeks. Simply respond back to us with your candid feedback. Your responses will be posted anonymously on our Survey Results page for others to see.
Since we so deeply appreciate the time you are willing to make for us, once you have completed the survey cycle we will send you a 20% rebate on your first product purchase. Or, you can qualify for your rebate by simply logging into our blog and sharing your experiences with us there.
